GENERAL COUNSELING
The goal of all counseling at FISC is to help clients get a clear picture of
their current financial situation and the options available to improve it.
We provide budget, debt and housing counseling. In order to give you the
best service possible we need you to fill out our forms so a counselor can
assess your situation.

OFFICE VISIT
After a client completes and returns the forms with the fee they will be
called to set up a face to face appointment with a budget counselor in one
of our 7 offices. We believe this is the best form of counseling but it is
not always possible. When you come to the appointment you will bring 2
recent paycheck stubs for each applicant and your most recent creditor
statements. Please follow the directions on the form for

within 24 business hours)
TELEPHONE
For those
clients who cannot come to one of our 7 offices but would like to talk to a
budget counselor we will set up a telephone counseling appointment. When the
client calls our office we will set up a telephone counseling session for
approximately 1 week later. You will need 2 current paycheck stubs for each
applicant and your most recent creditor statements when the counselor calls
you at the appointed time. Please follow the directions on the forms for

MAIL
or INTERNET
Client completes forms and mails or emails forms to our main office. A
budget counselor responds by either mail or email, whichever you prefer.
